Cooling off and eligibility

Noravita is supplied in the dietary supplement category for general sale in line with Australian rules for foods or listed formulations, not as a prescription medicine. You may return sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and remain in tamper-evident condition. Opened dietary supplements are generally not eligible for hygiene reasons unless Australian Consumer Law determines otherwise because of a major failure.

How to start a return

Email support@phivraxnith.world with your order reference, reason for return, and photographs showing the seal and lot code. We reply with a return merchandise authorisation and mailing instructions.

Shipping costs

If we shipped the wrong item or the parcel arrived damaged, we refund reasonable return postage after you share a receipt. Change-of-mind returns may require you to fund outbound shipping unless policy updates state differently at checkout.

Refund timing

Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the warehouse confirms receipt. Banks may take additional days to display the credit.

Exchanges

We prioritise refunds but can arrange exchanges when stock allows. Exchanges follow the same inspection rules as returns.
